I want to let everyone know that this is the best dental office I've ever been. The receptionist was very helpful in so many ways, from helping me with my insurance, my dental benefits, and explaining to me the cost and the necessary dental priorities I have. The office is very clean and the dentist is so very gentle, the only thing that people look for, a gentle dentist. I really made my best choice to go and get all my dental work done. Your service is very much appreciated, in fact, I already referred my friends and family.

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because I have to according to Google. 'Service' is not what Jane D. Hernane's office gives. From the moment I walked into this dentist office for a routine cleaning and check up, I was incredibly uncomfortable. The receptionist was trying to do too much and didn't get my correct once. I told him 3 times that my insurance was under my mother and he kept calling me by my mom's name. This is the least of all the problems. An hour after my scheduled appointment I was finally taken back to a dentist chair, which is all that it could be called. There were no individual rooms and I heard and saw everything that was going on with the patient next to me. He was getting both a root canal and a tooth extraction. There were no dental hygienists, just people running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It was stressful and alarming. Because there were no hygienists, the "Doctor" was doing everything. This means, in the middle of giving a root canal and doing an extraction, she was stopping and coming over to SORT of clean my teeth. She came over to me, looked at my teeth, said I had cavities that she would fill after the "cleaning". After she finished with the other patient, she scraped my teeth with some machine that hurt my teeth. Then she took her pick and dug into my gums, they started bleeding and she walked away. She in no way cleaned my teeth. I do a better job at home. She rubbed a little toothpaste on a FEW of my teeth and said I was done. She didn't even floss them. Needless to say I declined the cavity filling because I didn't even trust her cleaning. When I declined it they tried to give me a discount, which made me feel like they were money hungry and desperate. No one should EVER go to this dentist. It was the worst experience I've EVER had with ANY doctor.

Most horrible place to go , I had my braces from here for a whole year and they never checked for cavities ... They are not liscened to put braces on . After a whole year I knew something was wrong and I went to another place and said I had 7 cavities . If your currently going here then I suggest you check with another dentist because they do not qualify not even as an okay dentist . WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN TOO .

I have not been to the dentist since I was a kid. I was really nervous about going because I thought the dentist would make me feel uncomfortable. However, the dentist was very nice and very friendly. I was overly pleased with the service and I will surely be going back on a regular basis!!‎

Nice office. Best Dentist in the area, very friendly. I highly recommend this dental clinic, low cost and very clean.
