The online check in is incredibly rude. I sat there waiting over 30 minutes for the two people in front of me to be cut. A man walks in right before it's my turn and they tell me I have to wait since he checked in online. What??!! That is so rude. What if more people checked in online?? I guess I just get pushed back more and more. This is a flawed system.

Worst haircut ever. My sons haircut looked as if he had cut it himself. He is a teenager, so therefore he was embarrassed to go anywhere. My haircut was horrible also. When I explained to the lady how my son likes his hair cut, she just said "I think I know what he'd like"....Really???. I do not recommend this place. A friend of mine had same disappointment.

Every unsatisfied with cut and not impressed with products I purchased. Took in picture of how I wanted my hair cut and how I planned to wear it....my hair was not cut at all to my satisfaction. Expressed my dislike and a few cuts later still not right,. The hair in back is more than an inch longer than it should be right down the middle of my head. Might be okay for regular men's haircuts but I will spend more for a trained hair stylist in the future.

My fiance and I both got haircuts, we both loved them. Shameitra did my fiancee's hair and it looks absolutely amazing and Dominique did my hair and it is exactly what I wanted. Very Profesional and excellent stylists.
