I'm from Phoenix, Arizona and every time I would get a hair ✂, it always came out WRONG! Now this time I'd gotten my 💇 haircut ( was a few months back) , my stylist (Sorry I forgotten the young lady's name) was awesome!!! I showed her a picture of how I wanted it, and she did an amazing job!!!! Its been about 5 months and am going back this week! 
Everybody there are amazing!! Nice, sweet, and courteous! Fulfilled my needs and went above and beyond my expectations!!

First of all I understand that things happen, but the way that the owner of this company treated my mother today after a mistake of a hair cut was such poor customer service and treatment of an elder. My mother left this facility in tears today after being asked if she liked her hair; she stated that it was much shorter than desired and there was still no apology or care for this mistake. Again, the cut is not the problem, the lack of compassion for a mistake my mother will be walking around with for sometime is the reason for me going out of my way to share the experience here. Of course, when I went to the shop, the owner was not present but I thought I would share in hopes no other person has to share this same experience.

I was tired of my dark hair and didn't know what I needed to get it where I liked it again. After much discussion, we decided to highlight it all over which was a tedious process because of the massive amount of hair that I have! Merry did a fabulous job on my hair and I get compliments on it every day.  Definitely going back to see Merry again!!!!

I've been going to Duncan Brothers School to get my hair cut for a few years now. Today Cali, who was really cool, cut and styled my hair and did a fantastic job! The instructor (can't remember his name) who came over to check my hair was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've gone to expensive salons in the past and have had so many bad haircuts. I've never had a bad experience at Duncan Brothers with the students because they really listen and are not in a rush. The instructor is there to help if needed and always checks your hair when the student is done.  They lady at the front desk with the British accent is always so so friendly, kind and genuine.

Every time I'm here they are so good. Affordable and a teacher always check the students so you never leave with a bad cut. However I always tip extra for the fast and gentle students. Today's student, Madison was just an angel after I cut my hair at home to donate. She fixed it and it's now super cute.
