I genuinely feel bad about giving this place a 3 but my last hair cut was awful. I believe this guy was new or something, but once I got home I noticed how choppy my hair was. Also, the sides of my hair weren’t blended at all. I usually have wonderful hair cuts here and I’ve always had a great experience but this time was awful.

I've actually never had a bad cut or a bad experience here - which is saying a lot for a discount style chain. Everyone there is good, but I recommend Pixie all the time. It's all dependent on your willingness to give instructions about what you want. If you've been disappointed here, give them another try, and make sure to communicate. The best part is that they log what you got last time so that every time you come back, they have an idea of what you like. The stylists are nice, the place is clean, and generally the wait is short.

Friendly, convenient, and if a stylist doesn't do well by you, another will fix without charge. In love with stylist Pixie. She knows her stuff.

Seems like there is a roation of staff here. I was getting use to one person cutting my hair then they were gone so I had to change from that person to a new one
