Great place to get a good haircut with excellent customer service. I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Wait can be long but that is why they have the app for you to register and come as the crowd dies down. Great location as well, really convenient if you’re in need of a quick trim!

Love this place. Friendly staff; always get a great haircut. Use their app for 'call ahead' appointment - it will save you time waiting.

When I checked in online it said 4 min wait. Upon arriving 8 min later I was told it would be an hour. Was also told the system doesn't account for breaks or people leaving early. Sorry but I don't know how that is my problem. I rely on your system to work sitting here for an hour or more would not have been my choice of things to do. They were also not appologitic in any. How funny that as I sit here and wait, a stylist is telling a customer they can check in online to see what the wait is.
