The staff is very nice and welcoming.  
The biggest problem I personally have is with their scheduling.  If you are 5 minutes late, don't bother coming in.  They will not serve you nor accommodate you a you will have to reschedule.  I had this happen twice in the last year.  Yet several times they were late to provide service to me by more than 5 minutes.  It doesn't make sense.  
Have also had problems with billing a few times.
Laser removal is also unfortunately giving slower results than I have had at another clinic 2 years ago.  It is working, but not too strongly.  
Not a bad place if you get a good price.  The monthly membership they attempt to upsell nearly every visit isn't quite worth it because it takes 6-8 weeks between most appointments, so double the monthly fee to see what you are actually paying per visit.

Very Clean waiting area and the staff is very friendly... My first laser was not good the young lady that did it I would say she didn't have enough training.. buy with the others I have no complains. I see great results already I purchase the full body And I love that I don't have to shave every day like I used too I can go two weeks without shaving. The Manager is very experienced with what she do and I will recommend this place

I’ve only had 2 treatments and I can already tell a difference!! The technicians are all very clean, nice, and well-trained. So far I’ve loved it! They also have good prices.

Lasers were completely ineffective. After 6 treatments no change. They always gave me an obviously rehearsed speech when I would inquire why it wasn't working and would say "Everyone has a different experience" and then they would try to upsell me . . . every single visit I was pushed into to buying more, more, more. Sometimes they would say "I think 9 more treatments will work", sometimes "12 more treatments", sometimes "24". It was all over the map. My sister, who has similar genes went to another place, which charges more, and she was completely done in 6 sessions. Cheaper laser service at Simplicity is actually money out the window as their lasers are  inferior.

Would not recommend services here. For 6 months I've communicated that I'm not getting results on my legs, to which they always replied "sorry, I'll put it in the notes". I've had laser at a different location and got great results. Here I am 18 months and thousands of dollars later, with little to no change. Staffing and customer service is inconsistent; sometimes I would get reminder calls and appointment notifications, sometimes not. The location is dirty. The "membership" option is deceiving, in reality it's a payment plan that you're locked in to. WASTE!!
