We were first time customers and we had a good experience. My two year old never sits down calmly to get his hair cut and he did during this visit.  Which made it a lot easier for me. The hairstylist were very attentive to the haircuts we wanted. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the concerns I had with my hair. We will definitely be returning customers.

Very  disappointed with  service  rude mean ungrateful  will  not  go back   the stylist was  so  unkind  like I  say  I  won't  go  back and I  been  doing  business with you guys  for  awhile

Let me just say that this is my first time writing a review and I never wanted to write a bad one. I give it 2 stars because of the first stylist I had deserves 10 stars.  I just left from there and the haircut is perfect, but the customer experience deserves half a star. This stylist wasn't really friendly and I left with hair all over my face because she didn't brush it off. I normally tip, but in this case I did not due to the not so great customer satisfaction and as I walked out the door without leaving a tip she just did a sarcastic laugh. I will try to upload pics of the hair still currently on me from my haircut.

I will never take my kid to great clips at the shopping centers on exit 19 ever again. The girl that cut his hair cut past his hair line, it was not at all what i requested, there was more hair on one side of his head then the other, she gapped it in 3 places, she cut it crooked, it looked like someone put a football helmet on his head and cut around it! She cut it so short he was almost bald and then asked if i wanted to go shorter, she was very rude and told me if he cried or got up set she could not finish and we would have to leave bc he would upset the other customers and when she finished she asked me if i wanted it shorter i said no it was definitely short enough and she was like well it will do him for a hair cut for a long time😠 She also blew his hair off him with a blow dryer and vlew it all on me and my clothes! I was so mad i was in tears. Went to my mamas and got her we took him back and the assistant manager had to fix it. It looks a lot better then what it did minus it being cut past his hair line. I was so mad. I will be taking my business else where and will advise everyone i know to take their business elsewhere as well.
