The Manager on duty Lindsey greeted Robert and I.  But after asking if we checked in online never completed the check in.  We waited forever and then they tried to cut someone's hair that came in after us.  If the Manager had been doing her job instead of talking non stop flirting with a guy there and talking about her #1 Carlo...maybe we would not have been ignored.  If this is the management behavior...how can you expect more from your other employees.

First of all - I go to Great Clips because I can get a hair CUT for a wonderful price. I think bad reviewers are hoping for a hair style - if that's your hope I'd suggest a salon. 😊

That said, I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. I have curly hair and the lady who cut it was extremely nice. I love my new short look!

Walked in and was greated and seen immediately, very friendly staff. I had the pleasure of getting Mrs. Bailey, she was so kind and friendly and took care of me. All I wanted was a shampoo/blow dry/ style and I got it! Being 38wks pregnant she definitely made me feel and look good when I left and very decent with their prices I will definitely be going back. Thanks ladies!

Worst haircut ever. Told them I didn't like hair touching my ears because of my glasses, girl shaved bald spots. Had the audacity to charge me and not tell me. Spend a little more people and go to professionals.
