Great experience having my daughters hair cut there. Loved the online checkin. Friendly staff.

Caitlin cut my daughter's hair. I was not happy with my daughters haircut. I asked her to cut her hair short and she barely trimmed her hair.  I think she should not take customer with long or medium length hair. Basically, she should only cut men's hair. I was really unhappy with service I received.

I had a terrible experience at this specific location, I have went to a different location and I had no troubles whatsoever. At this location however, I had many issues. When I told the stylist cut an inch off, thin my hair, and add a front layer, she failed to complete two of these tasks. When I left this location I noticed that my daughter's hair was not thinned nor was there the front layer, on top of that they overcharged me! My daughter is clearly under sixteen (she is twelve), yet they charged me for an adult haircut! I am enraged I will not return to this location.
