If you need a good trim or a drastically different look this is the place. Just be sure you visit the Merle Hay location by the mall and not the other location off Beaver (they suck) Honestly, they did a great job cutting my daughter's hair and took the time to make sure they cut it how SHE pictured it and not what they were comfortable doing. The reason I gave it 3 stars and not 4 was simply because I took my 2 year old in and they cut his hair too short. His bangs are also very uneven and choppy. I'm starting to realize that good toddler hair stylists are few and far between as this is the 3rd place I've taken him and each time he walks out looking like they buzzed him.

I have unforgiving hair and received a haircut with a flattering styling Friday night. But when I got home it had flattened and layed unevenly. That's just what my hair does. I tried to recreate the style Christie did for me and it just wouldn't lay right. I felt so bad going back to ask for it to be changed, not wanting to make the stylist feel bad. Christie wasn't in yet but another gal was. Long story short, Brandy worked a few changes in and it lays nicely now. I adore both stylists for their hard work and kindness! Even though the first cut just wasn't quite right for my styling ability, Christie and Brandy are wonderful stylists to work with and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you!!!
