I just attempted to use this location and just received some of the worst service in my life. Do not use this location if you think that getting a hair cut is more important than washing the windows. Checked in for a "one minute" wait for a haircut and 20 minutes later, with me as the only person waiting and  two stylist free, one decided to hide in the back and never return and the other decided that it was a good time to pick up the Windex and start cleaning the windows.

Great haircut and great service.  They did a great job on my 4 1/2 year olds hair cut and made sure he enjoyed the experience.

Today a stylist shaved off most of my hair, because she quote, "was having fun with it." I asked for it to still be two inches long, and she shaved it down to less than 1/4 of an inch. I look like a cancer patient. My mom has had multiple bad haircuts from the same stylist, wish she had warned me before this happened to me. I'm going to have to wear hats for 6 months. I'm so angry.

Got my hair cut and washed by Bre, she was so friendly and kind. I used online check in as well and the whole thing was quick and easy.
