Very professional, cute clothes and reasonably prices. Stylists are knowledgeable, helpful and work individually with each person to ensure a personalized experience. Riley Deem was my stylist and always works wonders. The staff seem to enjoy their job and it shows in the atmosphere at this sunny salon.

I went in twice in one week. Megan cut my daughter's hair and it was the best hair cut that she has had yet! Riley cut and colored my hair and introduced me to Olaplex. It has done wonders for my hair. Can't wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience at The James Salon. Not only was the salon lovely, the location in Gaslight Village/East Grand Rapids was comfortable and pleasant as well. My stylist, Megan, was absolutely wonderful. She knew exactly what style I was aiming for, and she was able to create it perfectly. Megan was also very friendly, personable, and knowledgable. I highly recommend The James Salon!

The James is such a great salon! I would recommend their services to anyone... And my stylist, Sunshine Darling is the BEST, hands down.
