I’m so skeptical about cutting my hair. I’ve had numerous bad experiences from countless hairdressers so I’m pretty anxious about walking into salons. A friend of mine told me about a stylist, that she just started visiting regularly, named Kat. So I figured, why not? I downloaded the free app and took a shot. The online check in is pretty easy and actually convenient. I walk in and Kat was right there at the first chair working on a gentleman and stopped to greet me and complimented my outfit. I automatically felt welcomed. Once she was finished, she cleaned her station and seated me all within 5 minutes. Without even hesitating, we started chatting about my options and just when I felt like I should give up, she showed me so much patience and kindness. 15-20 minutes later, my hair is perfect. I’m absolutely floored. This girl is talent. You’ve earned my trust.

I brought my daughter in who wanted to donate her hair and she was very nervous but a fun woman named Cat took all her fear away. She was exiting and caring and made my daughter very comforting. She even told us about different ways to donate. Everything was clean andbagged up nicely. So impressing! Great place we can always come back!!

I've seen this place go up and down for the last 4 years. A lot of things have changed and a lot of stylists have come and gone. The absolute only reason I go in here anymore is for Kat. She's been my staple of this location and I have never received more detail and attention from any other salon I've ever been to. She deserve the highest recognition for being consistent, patient, and talented. I tell all my friends about her.

I've been coming to this location for a few years usually very happy, but today changed my perspective. So i received my haircut, which actually was not the best ive ever had but what ever hair grows back. My wife dropped me off, as i waited for her to return i explained to the stylist ( not sure what her name was) that she had my money, and i waited in the lobby. This nasty women asked me three times in 10 minutes when she was coming back, and when my wife showed up a few minutes later i got up put on my coat, and as my wife walked up, this woman turns to her coworker and says ( Just in case ) indicating to call the police if i made a sudden rush to the door. I was offended and hurt considering ive been a loyal customer for a long time, and i won't be coming back again i promise.

I'm giving this a 4-star only because I brought my daughter and my son in for a haircut by reference from a family member to see a stylist named Kate (sp). Was told it was going to be a 45 minutes wait to see her so we agreed to wait. The wait moved faster than expected and she did a great job with both my children. She was very good with them and they laughed and made their experience very enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back to see her. It's  hard to find a hair stylist that works well with children.
