I always do a walk in and repeatedly end up waiting an additional 20-30 minutes because of people checking in online. So I tried checking in online and people who walked in at the same time as and did not check in online were seen before me. When I asked about it they said sorry nothing they can do about the “system”. I went back today without checking online because it obviously did not make a difference last time. After  waiting 20 minutes and my turn was next. Someone walked in who checked in online. The cashier said ohh you just checked in online 5 minutes ago. 15 minutes after I checked in. When my turn came she took the guy who just walked in. When I asked why this is happening. Again the the very unprofessional and rude girl said it’s how the system works. Even the other customer said that it was not right and said I could go first. Your employee refused and took him instead. I will never spend another dollar at any great clips. You can thank your employees who do a horrible job representing your company and policies.

Quick and easy, I just needed a quick trim, checked in online, and only waited a few minutes before being called. She did just fine with my hair (I just needed the sides buzzed down so nothing fancy) and I was in and out in under 30 min.

If you're a male, just go somewhere else or buy clippers. Had to get it fixed elsewhere. Was just a plain buzz cut that was messed up.
