Booked a private 2 hour party. Play area was fun for the kids. But geez the staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming. Almost felt like they were annoyed we were there. Plus they were basically in the private room area cleaning up before our time was up and we were trying to pack stuff up and head out. Plus again were super unfriendly. Won't book here again. Not worth it for the price and unfriendly service.

This place is in need of major updates. The staff was also quite rude. When we arrived, the place was empty, and my 3 year old son was saying hi to the staff member several times, and she completely ignored him. He then excitedly says thank you to her as he’s trying to enter and she just rudely turns her head to the computer. As we were leaving, he says goodbye to her multiple times, and she continues to ignore him. I would recommend hiring staff who are more suited to working in this kind of environment. If it’s too much effort to acknowledge a child with a simple hello or goodbye, this may not be the right job. I wouldn’t recommend this place or return.

My three year old loves it here. It's a bit loud with the ball machine going, but it's a kids playground, you don't go for the peace and quiet. I like the drinks and snacks they have for sale too. The toddler area is one of the better equipped ones I've seen. I wish the hours were a bit better.

It was my first time visiting this place. It was so dark and congested. My son is on spectrum and when he went inside he didn’t like it at all and he came out, he had hardly stayed there for 3 to 4minutes. When I asked a lady if she can refund me because my son didn’t go and played at all, she simply refused  and said we don’t do that. My son I a big of indoor playgrounds and he loves going to and I found all those playgrounds are very operative. This is the first time I had a very bad experience. I simply wasted money.

We rented out the birthday room this past Sunday.  The price was reasonable and facility was awesome - clean and secure to let the kiddos run wild.  The staff was lovely.  Kids ages 1 through 10 all enjoyed themselves over the 2 hours, in both the toddler and big kid sections... and I daresay we adults had quite a bit of fun too.  Thanks Amazing Adventures with providing a great space to host this 2 year olds birthday bash!  We'll be back.

First time to this play place.  Its a smaller venue which is nice. Not so many kids. 2 areas to play. One area for small babies and another for the bigger kids. Clean play areas and Bathrooms.  The ball fountain is a ton of fun and the slides are really fast. The owner runs the place and she's a sweetie. The snacks are cheap.  The only downside is the air compressor for the ball fountain is a bit loud for the area but the owner will turn it off for a little bit so the parents get a noise break. My child enjoyed it. We will gladly return.

Affordable and the kids have a blast! Even better part, you can bring your own snacks and food! It's smaller but it gets their energy out and that's what counts The women working the front was great to!

Very good facility for kids to play around.. we hosted birthday party for my son, they loved it. There are some snacks and drinks at the venue, but if you need something customized, then get it yourselves. Overall good.

I had a birthday party for my 3 year old son here, he and the kids absolutely loved it. The room we rented was a perfect size. The facility is great itself, being that it’s winter the floors were a bit cold on the feet. But I’m mainly writing a review because the worker who helped us out, Jen, was just absolutely so amazing, kind and respectful. She made our experience that much better! Thank you Jen!

Second year doing my daughter's birthday party here, and couldn't be happier. Always such a great time, and have the whole place to play! Lady at the front desk is always nice & helpful! Looking forward to hosting another birthday party here
