Today was the best experience in great clips. Jiji, my favorite person for the job did my hair. She’s the nicest one out of all the workers, and focuses on her job. Today, me and my son went to great clips, and we were both really satisfied with our haircuts. Jiji is improving the quality of the salon with every haircut she gives to her customers. FIVE STAR!! ,’:D

I went in for a simple pixie hair cut and one of the girls butchered my hair. There’s a patch of hair missing in the back where she attempted to shave my hair. She didn’t give me what I wanted at all and asked for the other girls help when she was having trouble blending my hair. She claimed that it was hard to blend because I have blonde hair. I’ve never heard of such a thing and honestly sounds like a poor excuse for messing up my hair.. then to make things even worse she snuck in a silver shampoo without telling me as I was paying because I was being made fun of by all three girls for having green tinted hair. Now I have to find someone else to fix my hair. Worst experience ever.

Went there today for the first and only time we went there for my daughters haircuts, one being my 2 year olds FIRST hair cut.  The one woman in the first chair was BEYOND rude. Won't be going back. Price was right for the mediocre haircuts my children got.

I like a few things about this place, but once i came here with my mom, and while i got a haircut, she, the manager was cutting my hair the wrong way. My mom went up to her and she said "oH i DiDN't fInISh iT yEt". Seriously, and another time my sister went there and she wouldn't let my sister sit down and cut, even though my sister is tall enough for her height, and gives my family overall a bad attitude. I asked a few people what her name was, and they said Courtney. And i realized that she was a manager! Why did the boss even put her as a manager? Is it because the boss wanted to ruin their business? It made my family take measures such as sneakily looking in through the window to see if the pesky manager was there, and if she was, we would leave and she would still be chastising the victims of her "art" or everyday actions. (Giving unneeded cuts, and giving a pure, rude attitude!) I feel like im wasting my energy writing a report this long for a person who doesn't even treat my family like a garbage! So boss, if you are reading this, I'm saying that i don't like courtney, but the other people are nice.

Not too crowded, but would suggest to do the online check-in to avoid waiting. Not a great place for a haircut - just about average. They also sell haircare products, some of them may be up to 50% discount.
