Can't deny that these ladies are sweethearts, but the fact of the matter is that they do a horrible job, the manager filed my nails and left them shaped funny, there gel polish must be old because my nails look clumpy. She had a new do my pedicure, which poor thing, she didn't know what she was doing, I'm so disappointed. To top it off, they have the nerves to be high priced. Totally not worth it. They were not rude, so I tried to keep my composure, but I payed almost $50 for a color change and a pedicure, in which the outcome was horrible. I won't be returning.

I have been going here for years about 8years and loved it at the beginning when they had 2 employees that were not family and worked so hard and were so sweet (Blanca and Jessica) They were the best at given manicures and pedicures which is what I always get done. After pregnancy they left and never came back, I continued to go. They are 3 sister who run the salon the younger 2 are sweet hearts and really have outstanding customer service skills. The older one who runs the shop is truly the must unprofessional rude business owner I have ever meet; she doesn't welcome you when you go in the shop, she doesn't value your time, she charges you extra, she doesn't allow the same employee to do your nails and feet, she skips people in front of you, and she makes rude comments to her employees and clients. The last time I was the last time they will see me , I had a doctors appointment and needed to be there by 1:30pm I got their at 12:15 and was seated my 12:30pm, the younger sister was pretty respectful of my time was done with my manicure and was getting ready to do my pedicure, the older sister told her to make me wait till their pedicurist to do it, the younger sister advised her that I had a doctors appointment and she wanted to get me started and the old sister with an rude attitiude told her I can wait that her customer getting a nail set was more important. This is not the first time it had happened she does it to customers all the time but this was my last straw!! She also belittles and speaks nasty to her employees. I will never go back to this business.

I like everything they do. They are very clean, they take their sweet time on doing manicure and pedicure. How other some nail salons they like to speed it up due to numerous of consumers coming in. But this nail salon, I mostly like when they take absolutely their sweet time when it's up anyone's turn. Good pricing too. You get what you paid for. I would recommend anyone who is looking for good treatment and care of your nails. I like my nails to be well done perfect and these women are the right people to have perfect manicure and pedi. Disregard about anyone's negative comments, I truly think these customers were just having a bad day because I've been going to this nail salon for almost 6 years or more. Same people too.

Not sure what other any one else's experience was. But I've been going to this place for a little under a year. If you specify what you want they'll accommodate you the best way possible. The manager and staff are Latinos, I myself am a African American women and I've never felt any discomfort at this place nor have I heard any racial words. Maybe they learned and changed their ways!

The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon...ever. The staff and patrons within the business are prejudice and racist to anyone that is not of their kind. For one, when I first walked into the salon one woman was engaged in a conversation about her kids calling another group of kids the N-word, and saying that's okay. Quickly someone shushed her, and she continued her conversation in a different language. Nobody approached me when I walked in, I had to approach whom I assume is the manager, and she told me a "few minutes" without making eye contact. A few minutes wait ended up being a 15 minute wait. The salon was very empty, so I do not understand why I was made to wait so long. Eventually I made my way back to the seat for my pedicure. A total of three seats lined the back room and only one was occupied. I was seated in the chair that was broke. It's unacceptable to run a business with malfunctioning equipment. I was accompanied by my 14 month old daughter who found leisure in playing with one of the remotes of the broken seat I was put in. The owner approached me to say that my daughter shouldn't play with the remote or she will break it...seriously? Finally they are extremely over-priced for the service and facilities they offer. My pedicure cost $17. I asked the lady for the price of mani + pedi and she said $22, then refused to give me a manicure + pedi package because I already paid for the pedicure. I honestly believe that she lied to me about the cost. Nowhere in the store do they name prices like in most honest small business. I left feeling extremely bothered, cheated, and angered by the entire experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this nail salon to anyone. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.
