I don't know what the fuss is. They're great, specially Henry and Jay! You don't like the service cough up $50 and go to a fancy place, Google one and there are lots of them. I think most these complains just want to complain and receive a free hair cut from corp...BOOM! Get a life. They're human and work just like all of us and entitled to have a bad day. Get over it!

Wish there was a ZERO star
Really poor customer reception
Bad attitude towards customers 
This has to change 
I don't understand why Great clips management doesn't take it seriously..
Guys just look at the ratings here!! 
Some staff on the phone talk so rude and no sign of politeness at all
If this is how it is, it's not going to work out.

Came for the early bird special. Staff are very polite and respectful of special requests. Sophie gave me a fresh cut and conversation was nice. You know you're in good hands when no more questions are asked after the initial consultation. Shows skill and vision. Overall pleasant experience.

I have been going to this location for more than 4 years. I always ask for Sophie because she listens to my requests. When I call, whoever answers the phone is always pleasant.  I go to an expensive salon once or twice a year just for color so I am very happy that Sophie and this location provide such a good cut for a really low price and according to my schedule. I don't have to wait weeks to get in.
