To start with, the staff is weird, looked absent minded. The lady who did my threading was so bad, i felt my eyes were gonna bleed. She was busy looking at another lady for a while before she could start with my threading. I asked for underarm waxing, she took me to one of the rooms and I was so shocked. The place looked like a hospital morgue. Very very very dirty. I could feel the wax stuck to my shoes from the floor. To top this, she changed the paper on the work chair and tried to dump it in an open dustbin right next to the wax station. And then she asked me to lie down on it without putting a fresh paper. That chair had black mold stuff all over it. DISGUSTING. Someone seriously needs to inspect this place, it is hazardous.

I have been going to this place for a while , but this time it was the last one. I will never go there again. Not once but thrice have they messed up with my eyebrow shape .And every time they have an explanation ..like less hair..come after full growth blah blah blah.I did everything they wanted still they coudnt give a better shape .Leave better shape ..not even same shape on the eyebrows. There is only one girl there who is a little bit courteous and does a decent job. This time there was this girl who has been working there for a long time. She was soooo slow at threading as if she was plucking each hair individually. It was really a torture, she left so many cut marks. Those 5 minutes can be your worst 5 mins.

Very bad experience. Explained throughly what I want but the lady didn’t bother to listen and did what she wanted to do. I had grown my eyebrows to the fullest and even drew with a makeup pencil on the eyebrows to show what shape I wanted. It was an old lady and she did exactly what I asked her not to do and when I complained she said you didn’t have enough blah blah hair which I exactly knew was not right as I had full growth. She made the eyebrows thinest possible where I asked her to be as broad as possible. They probably have the most old fashioned employees who have no basic sense of fashion. I am furious like anything. My months of effort to grow the eyebrows was trashed in a few minutes.

I really like it here. I feel like they do a good job. I just wish there were privacy screens between the chairs.

This is my favorite place by far, and I’ve been to Rubys in Gwinnett, Begum’s and both of Sovi salon’s locations. I am extremely picky about my eyebrows, and Akasha is the only one that gets it right. Plus, she’s really sweet. They can get really busy sometimes, but it’s not entirely their fault. People do like to show up 5 to 10 minutes before they’re about to close.
