I personally like the service, they are polite and nice, they talk when I am getting my hair cut. Only down is that when they cut my hair they don't always do the best job, I got my bangs cut and my mom ended up cutting them when we got home because they weren't the best. All in all though, I love great clips.

I gave Great Clips two stars and not less because I have been going to this location for years and they have been great. This last time was awful. It was close to closing time, but my sideburns were not the same, my neckline was crooked, I cut off almost an inch and my cowlick was untouched. I noticed most of this when I got home. I will go back because I have had a lot of good experiences here. But this time was pretty awful.

Have been going here since I was young. For the typical men's haircut they do a pretty good job.

Weren't super friendly didn't do a very good job on the cut the lady there was grumpy and cut my hair shorter than I wanted it. I have been there in the past and like it a lot but the past few times they just have not been the best
