 I went to Salon Bliss a couple months ago and had a great experience with a girl who ended up leaving. So I was scheduled with the Owner, I believe her name was Amy! She did a HORRIBLE job on my hair. I am mortified! I have very thick naturally curly hair. She kept commenting on the thickness of my hair and how we should thin it out. I did want SOME thinning, but she did a hack job on my hair. She used the thinning sheers and cut about 3 from the crown of my head and now that my hair is growing back it is like I have a rats nest under my hair. The hair that is growing back is short wiry and a complete fuzz ball!!! It is like my hair underneath has been teased along the base of my head! I cannot straighten my hair because the hair is to short and it pokes out in the back like i had bald spots growing back. She did this ALL over my head and when I looked on the floor she even made the comment she thinned more hair that she even had on her head. She should have known better than to thin my hair THAT much and that close to my scalp. I would have stopped her had I know the consequences. Her lack of experience with curly hair and cutting hair in general is a JOKE. My overall hair cut in general was awful, no shape just a blunt cut. It almost looks like I have a wig on with all the hair poking up from underneath and the blunt ends. She also talked crap about all her employees, their families and people in general. She would not stop talking PERIOD and I was getting really uncomfortable. I have heard several other people complain about this salon and the owner since my experience. I regret going there and now have to wait for this MESS to grow out of my hair. It can't be fixed! That is the worst part, she messed up my hair so bad IT CAN T BE FIXED!!!! I am sick about it!!!

I have gone to Salon Bliss in the Herriman location for over 18 mo. You always needed to make an appt. They were that busy. Amy (The Owner) has always cut my hair very satisfatiery! When they moved their location to Riverton, I kept my honor with them. They were even excepting walk~ins now! During my haircut, a father walked~in with 3 kids. Amy was the only one on staff and cutting my hair. He asked for haircuts. She very sharply told him there was no opening that day (F) or the next! (Sa). She continued cuting my hair but she started messing up. When I starteds to remind her, she argued with me, then told me she would never cut my hair again. I was very disappointed in my haircut, it was a.disastore! Even more so disappointed in styles, Amy, and Salon Bliss.
