Very pleased with my hair cut at this Great Clips location. New to the area, I walked in at noon time on a week day, and had no wait! Cassie did a great job with my short hair, that needed a trim. I was having Cassie layer the back, and she said that she was not afraid to cut. Cassie made sure that she knew what I wanted, as well as that I knew what she was going to do, and we were on the same page. I highly recommend Cassie, and Great Clips.

Horrible experience. Walked in with my 12 year old daughter who has curly and frizz in her hair usually (Latina) and she wanted a pixie cut. I had discussed with my daughter the advantages and disadvantages of going with a short haircut but her heart was set on it. The stylist who's turn it was to cut my daughters hair not only was completely rude explaining rather loudly how my daughters hair was "kinky" and if she was to get a haircut like that she'd end up looking like a q-tip. I'm all for straightforwardness , but I'm also about tact and professionalism; this lady lacked both. We left and my daughter started crying in the car about her "kinky" hair. No wonder we need to have different hair salons for different hair textures; ignorance and tact are rampant.
