Very disappointed to receive multiple phone calls from the salon several weeks in a row that Hannah is unavailable even though I always book her well in advance.    On the rare occasion Hannah does my nails, there is too much chatter between nail techs.  It disturbs the serenity of the experience.  Much more personable under old Management of Bolo and Jennie. I will be finding a new nail salon.

This salon is really pretty. However the primary language is Spanish. The gal that did my mani/pedi did not speak English at all. She could not even communicate with me. My manicure was great. My pedicure was horrible. She did give a good massage of my neck after my manicure.

Had a great experience today with Hannah. I will definitely come back to see her again.

The nails were done so quickly. I would have preferred if the guy took more time doing my cuticles and filing properly. I did gel and by the time he put two coats of clear polish and one coat of the color, he noticed one of my nails had a piece sticking out (still needed filing), so he barely tried fixing it before giving up and leaving it alone...for gel nails, my nails are mediocre. Though I do love the color he chose, you can see my old polish underneath on my nail bed from not being wiped completely prior to the manicure. I thought the place closed at 6pm because that's what their website said, which would have explained the rushed nail job, but when I asked abot it the gentleman said they close at 7:30pm. I arrived at 5:05 and they took me at 5:10, I was back in my car by 5:45 (about a 30 minute job). All in all, the nail job was average (sub-ok), but the hot hand towels, followed by a 10-15sec. hand massage, and minute back/neck massage made the experience a lot better. I still tipped the guy rather well for the sub-ok job he did. I am not sure if I will go back.
