This location has terrible customer service. I feel like they either want you to not come in at all, or they want you out of there as soon as possible or the haircut says "please don't come back!" My son had the worst haircut of his life here. I called to have my hair styled (since I had arm surgery) and they definitely weren't interested in my business. Brandon is the only stylist that my boys have ever had awesome haircuts from...and if you ask about him the other stylists won't tell you what location he can be found or give you his schedule. So frustrating. It's a good thing I have an amazing hairstylist for myself because this place is ridiculous.

A great stop tucked away in a shopping center in a newer area of development. I get perfect haircuts there with friendly dialog, smiles, and great prices too.

So frustrated. We stopped in to get my little guys haircut and when we showed up no one was in the waiting area and so it appeared we were next. Then people from their online checkin kept trickling in and after sitting there for 4 more people to get their haircut more people came in so we walked out. I get the online checkin but you need to have a way to fairly incorporate your walkins into that line without just blowing them off. We won't be back and instead will go to someone that will appreciate our time.

Went in to get an alternative haircut and Tracy was very nice and friendly and helpful! My cut and trim look great and my hair feels so much healthier!

Friendly greeting when i walked in.  Nice and clean store. Brandon cut my hair and did a wonderful job.
