I have had great razor cuts at this location for the past year! The stylists are all very personable and really listen to their customers. And they take their time to be sure its right!

Had my hair cut Monday. The lady was distracted the whole time and did an awful job. It's uneven and I won't be going back, not even to get it fixed. Very disappointed in the past they have always done such a good job.

In response to Mike: I have been a stylist with this company for 6 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the organization. I've worked at and managed this particular location (and others) and loved it. Not only are the stylists and upper management (Ponnie and Michelle) like family, so is the clientele. We're provided ongoing education and I've always felt valued and that my opinion matters. They take great care of the staff and team. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, I hope you reach out to the organization and get it worked out, I'm 100% sure they will go above and beyond to make things right!

Got my hair cut today. She refused to wet it down, saying a dry cut would be better (i dont get my hair cut often so i didnt know better, now i do.) We discussed a 2inch cut. She did 6 while my glasses were off because she thought my hair was too long in general. And now i get home and i find out that its crooked in the back and too short to get into my work-required bun. Guess ill be getting it cropped tomorrow. But i wont be going back here again. Id rather cut my own hair.
