She nailed it!! She cut my very long hair into a very short pixie style. It's amazing! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She also helped me to donate my hair! She is very reasonable in price as well. I have been going to her for a few years now for different cuts and or colors and have never been disappointed!!! So lucky to have found her!! I will be a life customer!!

She was a very nice lady but getting my hair done by her was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! She took pretty much an entire day to do an extremely simple Style and color knowing that I had something I needed to do in the afternoon. Knowing exactly what time I had to leave she made no effort make sure that I was ready to go by then and we only got half of what I needed to do done the first round. If that was all that had happened I wouldn't be that upset but she ended up charging me almost $400 for doing some simple highlights. She charged me for some kind of hair chemical process even though it didn't work at all. I did not recommend doing it she just chose to do it and it was not cheap. In the end, after paying $400 I noticed that not even my entire head had been dyed there was a big spot that she missed. I would have questioned the amount of money she was asking me to pay but I was literally about to burst into tears so I just wanted to get out of there before anyone noticed. However I have had facials there and she does an excellent job with that I would recommend those but not hair. I will never return there to get my hair done.

I’ve been having my hair done with Donna for several years now and would highly recommend her! 
She takes the time to listen to what you want and do a thorough consultation. 
I’ve had cuts,colors, highlights and even the long process of color correction done with, Donna(learned my lesson the hard way  and won’t be doing my own hair ever again!) Her aesthetic services are stellar as well! Thanks for keeping me looking and feeling fabulous!

Donna has been doing my hair for almost a year now. She is absolutely wonderful and listens to what I’m truly wanting done! I highly recommend her expertise when it comes to getting your hair done!! She always discusses the plan of action and then executes it! Sitting in her chair, I’m always relaxed, knowing that I’m in good care!!!

I just moved to Loveland and I'm so happy to have already found an excellent stylist in Donna Johnson at True Colors.  She really does a great job with my curly hair (which not everyone knows how to manage).  I always get compliments on my hair, especially if I just saw Donna.  Nice, professional and not too chatty, just chatty enough!
