I am only giving them a 1 because that's the lowest I can. 3 people were working @ approximately 8 pm....yes they close at 9. There were approximately 8-10 customers walk ins and online check ins, etc. All that I wanted was to have my hair trimmed. Instead the woman that cut it, didn't speak to me much, and I never got to explain I was letting my hair grow out from a short stacked bob from last year or what I wanted done exactly, she just knew of a trim. Maybe 3 mins and I was done with about 2-3 inches cut off the bottom and layers were added. This is the 2nd time I've used Great Clips and it will be my last because it is never cut the way I want it and has been uneven both times. From now on, I need to stay with my original hair salon and avoid the mess of having to go get it redone. Plus, my boyfriend had his cut too, by the same person and it took longer for his than mine did...that's definitely a sure way of knowing that I was the least of her concern and I have a feeling that due to the thickness, the curls, basically the texture of my hair, may have been the reason(afraid that it may take too long and right before closing time). Like I said, definitely would suggest that anyone use them, have your own stylists from a reputable salon to form a bond with, get to know them, and so on. It may cost 5 more dollars but it's worth it to avoid the mess afterwards by someone else @ Great Clips".

Nick is the absolute best..but all the guys and gals there really know their stuff. Very professional and wonderful personalities.

I have not met a stylist yet who has not been friendly at this location. Off the top of my head I remember 5 of them, so that's not a small sample pool. If you're looking for a new location, consider this one.
