We were there very soon after the grand opening, and today we returned. Things are definitely running more smoothly. Maria and the other hair professionals were friendly toward my son and me. His hair looks great!

I just spent an entire haircut being berated for only having one child. The "stylist" said having one child is selfish, and they are lonely all the time. I am appalled that a stranger felt she could talk to me like that. It is disgusting. I will never go to ANY Great Clips agaon.

Easily the worst haircut I've ever received. The woman had zero attention to detail and did not take any pride in her work. My part line is non existent and my hair was cut into the top almost to a mohawk. At least the other side was half way straight. I'll never be coming back to this establishment.

First time I’ve been to this location and and definitely the last. Anjelica cut my hair line way to high in the back and crooked.  When my wife told her it was crooked she argued with us about it, said it just looked that way because of how my head was shaped and didn’t want to try to fix it. The whole time I was sitting in the chair she was complaining to me about her coworker saying how bad he was.

Worst place ever, i'll never coming back this lady did a terrible cut in my son's hair i dont know what she was trying to do it wasn't what we asked for, she did it to short and uneven plus the lady didn't even apologized my son for messing his hair she said it was his fault that he was moving around the chair when I was there watching all the time, another lady fix it but it was to short to make it well fix and she just try to make it even, so I asked talk to the managger and i explain what happend i said i wasn't going to pay for such a bad work and she just end up yelling and asked me to talk back to the lady that work there, i end up paying them for bad work plus i was there more than one hour, money/time wasted and such a bad experience for my kid. Definitely this place is a NO NO..
