Great service! Love my haircut!

Out of all the hair cuts places I've been in my life, I had the worst expiriance at this place. Everytime I get a new hair cut I go in with a positive mood and all of the time I leave feeling great. Except for recently. One of the hair stylist was radiating negative vibes so I didn't tip. Haircuts here are pricy so I expect good service. Anyway, a day later I go check my bank statement and noticed that they charged me more than the original price I was charged. Clearly they think it's cool to give themselves a tip when they're not given one. I'm never walking into a supercuts ever again.

Seems I never get the same stylist twice because of high turnover and like right now - typically understaffed - 1 lady running back and forth cutting hair and answering phones / why am I here then? Conveniently inconvenient

I've been getting my haircut here for years. There's rarely a long wait and they always do a nice job. They seem to have a lot of staff turnover, I rarely see the same stylist twice -- seems like there's always people in there that I've never seen before.

Tammy, Tammy, Tammy, what a wonderful cut you did on my hair and the highlights are beautiful! Being almost 50yrs old and 1st time having lighter color in my dark hair was definitely nerving at first, but so glad your calmness and professional personality put me at ease, because after coming home and letting the change sink in, I LOVE MY HAIR!!! Thank you so much and will tell everyone to get their hair done by you. You're Awesome!
