I told the man i wanted my bangs cut right above my eyebrows. He first wet my bangs (which even i know not to do) and started to cut. He started at first cutting my bangs to my hair line, not asking if it was a okay length. After i told him repeatedly it was a good length he kept cutting. It was disappointing considering my family has been going there for a while. The person who cut my hair here was named tom.

I stopped in at 550pm. There were employees in the back but the shorter lady with partially red died hair. Said sorry we are closed. 

I started this post before 6

Maybe they should turn the open sign off then.

Even though they keep track of your last cut, my hair is never cut the same way

Great service, friendly people. Make sure you know what you want though. Prices are very good.
