Terrible place. Went in for a quick haircut. I said finger length on top and just trim the sides with scissors. She ends up ignoring everything I say proceeded to buzz my hair and said it will look good with a fade. She's the fade queen... Haven't gotten this bad of a haircut since the military. Learn to listen to your patrons and not cut how you want to. *****Stay away from this place at all costs*****

I had an appointment with Ria yesterday and was super impressed. She listened to what I wanted and did it perfectly. I have been going to a high end salon but those days are over. Ria at Supercuts is my new stylist!

Didn't make me feel welcome at all and I felt like my haircut was rushed. At the end, the haircut turned out nice, but from a customer service standpoint it was horrible. Maybe my hairdresser was having a bad day, but I won't be coming back here again.

Don't have a license manager in the place, the owner is unprofessional. The owner April is very unprofessional. Treat the employees wrong. Also there are illegal things happening in this shop that the state need to contacted about. People don't support this shop.

I arrived for a simple haircut and was told the wait would be minimal because they had 2 people cutting hair and only 2 other people in front of me. 1 hour later, still waiting for a haircut and 4 people went before they realized that I hadn't been taken care of yet.
