I had went in seeking a cut about 2 inches, had given the associate a physical reference on me 2 times of where i wanted it. a few inches above my breast and the amt of inches and she proceeded to cut my hair to my shoulders... i think that if you tell someone more than once what you want and then they don't listen and eyeball it, is very frustrating. especially when hair doesn't grow very fast. I was in shock... very very very upset at the fact this is a business where you are supposed to listen and give the result that was asked. During the cut i was never consulted of the length. During my shampoo also she was very distracted and had her attention elsewhere. It will take a very long time for me to grow my hair to what i wanted it originally to be and will never come to a great clips again and advise family/friends to not come here. The named listed on my receipt shows Jacki.

Great for a quick, well styled cut. Just wish they gave discounts for future haircuts and not for the competitive priced hair products.

Woman who cut my hair was very nice, but didn't do a great job. I thought it looked good until I got home and could see in a better mirror that she didn't layer half of my hair.
