Colleen was very nice and she listened to what I wanted throughout the haircut but I felt like she rushed it after a regular who usually sees her came in. I ended up having 2 or 3 small divots on the left side of my head. It was pretty bad and I didn't notice how severe it was til i got home. I had to get it fixed by my sister who works at Rocco Altobelli. I wasn't expecting a Hollywood haircut but just something that I wouldn't have to fix. This is the last time i'll be going to Great Clips. Wasn't worth the 15 dollars for a men's haircut. On the bright side, this was probably one of the better experiences that I've had at Great Clips and that isn't saying much.

I am new to MN and today I visited this salon. Hair stylist LISA is very patient and did a great job. So far I have never seen any other stylist in any city in US(I travel almost 20 days a month). She is very nice, doesn't talk too much and concentrates on work and gave me a good hair cut.

Didn't get the haircut I wanted for my daughter. It was as if the stylist didn't even listen to what we said.
