I have been seeing Chandra for 7 years and have gone through a few different hair styles along the way. She does an absolutely wonderful job! My wife started seeing her as well after we got married and has been very happy with how her hair turns out, compared to who she used to go to. I also have nothing but great things to say about the administrative staff and the facility. Keep up the great work!

My sister and I have been customers of Jamie's for over 8 years. My sister especially has been told what to do from Jamie for example "no we aren't going to do purple in your hair I'm sick of it" or see I'll take this much off when it ends up being inched upon inches more than what is wanted from my sister to be cut off. My sister is not one to stand up for herself in the moment but rest assured I sure as hell will. Jamie you need to listen and understand what your customers views are reguarding their OWN hair. We have a wedding we are attending in less than 3 weeks and you cut off 6 inches of beautiful locks off my sister for no damn reason without her understanding or concent of what the length is going to be. We have paid hundreds upon hundreds of dollars to your establishment and yet my sister is still being bullied and pushed around by your stylist Jamie. Jamie this is a client stylist relationship your opinion matters to us but do not push your ideas onto someone who has a particular way they want there hair colored and length. I am truly upset I was not there with my sister to stand up for what she believes her styling should be done. This is not the first time you have been overbearing to me or my sister about our hair. This is a great concern to myself, my sister and your establishment.

Jillian is very easy to work with. She does unbelievably good hair. I have very difficult curly hair and also wear it straight sometimes. She gave me such a great cut and can wear it both ways. And believe me when I tell you, I am P-I-C-K-Y. I'm from Chicago and used to high-end salons that are hip to the latest cuts and trends. I think Jillian provides this. I've been getting compliments ever since I got my hair cut by her. I HIGHLY recommend her services.
