Remind me to NEVER GO BACK. I came in and they greeted me like normal, except they said it was mandatory I had a shampoo wash. So I proceeded and after wards they began to cut my hair. I told the woman cutting my hair(she had tan skin with long dark hair and dark eyes) just a little shorter on the sides. So I had my eyes closed because she began to cut the top. When I had opened them I realized I had an almost-buzz cut. I asked her what happened and she replied that it looked better this way. If I wanted a buzz cut I wouldn't have paid for it and just done it at home myself. Well when I went to pay she said it was now $22.00 because of the shampoo. I didn't even ask for the shampoo and she made me do it which she charged me for. So basically, I had spent $22.00 on a buzz cut. Not only that but she tried to keep my change from me in cash because she thought she deserved a tip. Sorry but no. Never going back. Now I have to go back to another greatclips when my hair finally grows back to get it done correctly and spend more money. If you're reading this please strongly reconsider going there. Would hate to have this happen to you.

I have been going there for couple years now. Today was the second time I saw that the lady picked up a customer of her choice who came well after me. He just walked in and got the service. Kind of gave me the feeling of this international lady who would rather not help the people with black hair. Never coming back ...
