The only thing or I should say person that made this place great was Jackie! She took the time to get to know you and she cared about her customers. This place is full of rude employees and poor customer service. I came to this location for 3 years because of her. I found out from a rude employees she no longer works there,  so I will not be coming back ever!

I came in with the intention to get a haircut,  shampoo, and beard trim. I ended up just having my hair cut and I am pleased with how it was done. My stylist seemed to take pride in doing a good job and she was thorough. However, while she was not overtly rude or impolite, she was not very approachable; I think she said ten words to me the whole time. Her short and lack of responses made me feel uncomfortable enough that I elected to skip inquiring about the shampoo and beard trim. Even though I'm happy with the haircut I'm unsure if I'll come back again simply because I felt unwelcome this time.

i was expecting to get a below the shoulder hair length cut ended up with a very short short short haircut that is above my shoulders and up to my CHIN nun to what i had asked for it was a little to late and un able o fix it after being cut so short and besides the fact that my hair looks so un even and ugly i hate the way my hair looks

The stylists almost always change what seems weekly at other places and locations. But the core stylists here have been here for years. Always friendly and welcoming. They remember you truthfully and don't pretend to. Very rarely am I disappointed and it's usually more due to the wait then the haircut. But still almost always worth waiting as they listen and do their best to give you the haircut you want.

Checked in online came in waited a little longer then anticipated not a big deal. Finally lady looked at me didn't say a word instead I said hello she just stared at me (looked miserable unwelcoming unconformably) then told me if I was ready I said yes told her how I wanted my hair she just looked at me then started spraying away it was uncomfortable she did a good job but only said 2 words to me that was it first time experience here .. Words cannot explain I feel very worried and concerned about her .
