Went in for a cut and the stylist who cut my hair completely ruined it. The edges are crooked and now I have a patch of thick hair on my head. There is absolutely no fade or blend between the sides and  the patch on my head. I do not recommend going here. The lady who cut my hair obviously inexperienced. My regret was actually paying for this haircut.

I had a horrible experience at the auto parts store just before I came for a haircut. I was in such a foul mood. This stylist named Jessica completely brightened my day. She will be my new stylist from here on out. Thank you Jess.

My daughter got 20 bunchum toys stuck in her hair while at a friend's house. She came home and after spending a hour on it myself and not even getting one out I gave up. I brought my daughter here and they immediately took her back and got to work. They tried everything possible and in the end needed to cut/razor it out. She did an amazing job! She saved my daughters long hair and it looks fabulous!! She spent a hour and a half helping us out this horrible mess! Thank you so much you guys are angels!

The online check in garbage has ruined it. I walk in at 9 when they open and there is a list of 15 people ahead of me all of a sudden. Since it was at open and the person behind me went online, they jumped me. Seriously? I ask about the line and they tell me every one on that list can come in and jump my spot. I can't believe it. They will literally turn a cutstomer away if you don't follow their process. Horrible customer experience all around. Business lost.

I went to get a haircut, and the girl who did my hair was just terrible. She used a shaver on my hair, which you didnt need to use for a long, korean hairstyle. So she shaved the sides off, and kept asking me if i wanted to use clippers, which i thought if thats what you need to get the hairstyle, then so be it. However, she shaved the sides off to a military shave, and ruined my hair. Not only that, she didnt accept her mistake and made me pay for her mistake. Terrible, terrible, just TERRIBLE! If you want to go to a REAL hair salon and get a REAL hair cut, then go to Sports Clips.
