Yesterday I went and got a haircut at a barber shop down the road, and needless to say the barber shop butchered my haircut. Today I went in to see if Great Clips in Southlake could fix it and they did! One of the stylists named Sarah did an awesome job. Great Clips now has a new customer!

I could not leave less than one star but this establishment deserves a negative rating!! The staff was completely rude, very disrespectful when I asked to even out my sons sideburns. The "stylist" said his ears are uneven and I can't fix it!! When I was showing her how uneven the sideburns were she slapped my hand out of the way and said "which side is uneven?" Seriously.......I have NEVER had this issue with his cuts before at any other salon or barbershop nor have I ever been treated so rudely. I will NEVER use this establishment again!!

We used to come to get our hair cut here all the time and the service was good. Recently I had a coupon that we received in the mail and the owner refused to accept it. The discount was not that significant and the coupon was valid until 1/17 but he still refused to honor it. He clearly does not care about customers or honoring their coupons. If you have a coupon valid at your local Great clips used it at any other location just not this one because the owner will not accept it and make you feel as though you are asking for something unreasonable which I was not. He was extremely rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only go here if you check in early online. I've gone here twice before. Haircut was good staff was friendly but won't be back. Today I checked in just as I arrived. Big mistake. I waited 15 min and watched 3 people arrive after me. Two walked in 10 min after me and were helped within a minute. One didn't bother me but two was just too much. The system seems unfair to me. One of the ladies did notice me leave and came out and tried to make it better but I was already annoyed so it was just easier to leave. I told my wife the story and she said. Oh. I don't go there. I went there once when they opened at 9am and two people got helped who had checked in before me. So I go to a place that costs twice as much and am happy there. Seems like a pattern. So again only go there if you check in early. For me there are lots of places I can get a haircut. I choose to go somewhere with a different system.

I used to get my hair cut all the time there- they are great for walk ins and I like to just go in with wet hair for a trim and not have to "chatter" for 30 minutes like a higher end salon,  but lately their customer service has gone down hill. The last time I was there I came in and no one was available to check me in, which is fine I didn't mind waiting, but while I was waiting another prerson walked in and was helped before I was. They were a walk in as well, didn't check in online and didn't have an appointment. I called today and asked if the stylist could cut my new extensions to blend in with my hair and the person on the phone said "just a second" and handed the phone to someone else. When they picked up the phone they didn't know who it was or anything about my question so I asked it again. She said " I don't think anyone can do that".....um, you don't think? How about you ask, because I would like to get my hair cut...but she just sat there silent so I said thanks and hung up. They really seem like they don't care, which I guess if you know people are going to come in because youre cheap they do what they want, but I am still paying for a service.
