What is the function of setting appointments if Great clips is always far behind,?? or some walk in that arrives 1 minute before you do steals the time you had booked. The two places tried are short staffed always. Very sad and a lousy business model in my mind. My wait was 15 minutes plus. when I booked the time said 5 minutes

Great location (next to Chick-fil-A) and new large facility makes this place different than all of the other Great Clips in town. The icing on the cake is having Leah as the store manager. She's friendly, smart, detailed, and really good at her craft.
