Not happy .. I asked for several things to be done with my hair . Example . I asked for a shampoo and wash .. asked for my hair to be thinned out . And asked for a blowout and stlye . With the hair cut... all I got was spray bottle of water to my hair and the cut .. horrible service .. and waited 45 min after being told it was a 15 min wait . And she rushed doing my hair and didn't do it right .. calling in to make an appointment doesn't work either .. still a wait time .. I do not recommend this place to anyone ..

There's no point in scheduling an appointment if the wait time is going to be 20 minutes or longer. Literally, it took three people to process one transaction.They lack organization, costumer service skills, and professionalism. Save yourself a bad experience and just go elsewhere.

The hours are great, most local barber shops close earlier than them. One of the barbers gave me good advice on trimming; first try a 6 and then a 4 after it grows out. People may find a small flaws in their service but overall its pretty good. I'm not picky nor am I a perfectionist. Its a nice barber shop unless your very critical on who cuts your hair. It is a bit pricey so i suggest cutting your hair their once in a while at their shop unless you absolutely love your hair and willing to go there often. Ratings nowadays are either 1 star or 5, i give them a 5.

honestly i was super dissapointed today. The older asian lady cut my hair and rushed me out the door. I got no hot towel at the end, and did not feel welcomed. I also showed her a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair and she gave me something else. Not coming back.
