I love Kristen (Kirsten?) she's adorable and did an awesome job on my bangs. Listens to what I wanted and worked with me on it. Definitely be back :)

Checked in online. Showed up as always and bitchy attendant said my name was not on list. If she had been even marginally pleasant I would have excused the error and stayed at the back of the line. Thankfully there are hundreds of places to get standard haircuts. Too bad because I have previously liked this place.

Very nice staff but sometimes they may not get the haircuts right It is not bad but it is not absolutely stellar either

I like their on line way to tell us how long the wait is and then I like how they ask me 1-3 for a haircut.
