They did to my hair what they thought I needed not what I asked for. My first experience was amazing, and the rest were horrible. The lady fought me on how short I should get my hair, as if it’s her choice and started thinning it out without asking or informing me because I “needed” it. Finally, she was extremely rude and sassy. Any positive review given here must all be from first timers or perhaps friends and relatives. I would NOT recommend you go here AT ALL.

Great prices, frequent specials. Checking in with the App is great because this way you don't have to waste time waiting arround. Staff is always friendly & fast. In 10-minutes you can get your hair cut & be on your way.

They actually do a good job here. They are always friendly and keep track of how you like your hair cut. Pretty efficient and easy for someone like me who doesn't know anything about how to tell someone how I like my hair cut.

My daughter is in love with this place. They were so attentive and gave her great advice. Online check in is a wonderful thing as well. Definitely coming back!
