Grit Salon and Barbering is by the far the best salon I have ever got my hair cut at. They have great service, my hair cuts are always consistent and exactly how I want them. The stylists are excellent and the salon has a great atmosphere. I would recommend Grit Salon and Barbering to anyone, friends and family!

These ladies are AWESOME! Friendly, fun, and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is professional, with plenty of experience to make sure you look your best. Their passion shows, and they are also a locally owned small business rather than a chain. I am most definitely a client for life!

I have been going to Jen for about the last 15-20 years. Not only myself, but also my entire family. Being of Southeast Asian decent it difficult to find a great stylist in the Tri-Cities that truly understands how to work with our hair and what styles and colors will look good on us. She is warm, charming, and has an uncanny ability to truly connect with all her clients.  In my opinion, she is the best stylist in the Tri-Cities and I trust her implicitly. I'm sure her staff is just as excellent as she is. I recommend Jen and Grit salon to everyone I know.

The most talented group of women! The massage therapist is fantastic! The two barber's do amazing fades, and the female hair specialist does amazing ladies color and styles! I would trust these ladies with my style and relaxation any day!!!
