The people did lack professionalism arguing about a transaction that went wrong in front of clients. Overall, they were fairly nice outside of that insident. I do not feel they are comfortable dealing with varied hair types. My hair was bone straight and the stylist only trimmed my parameter and told me my ends looked great, which is fine. However, she never even fully assessed my hair I lost trust in the skill of the stylist and just said thank you paid and tipped out of courtesy. I did not feel the need to speak up thinking it could potentially do more harm than good, especially if the skill wasn't noticeable. Although it would be convenient for me to use this location I don't think I will return.

Worst hair cut ever! Showed Kayla a picture of what I wanted done, but told her I wanted it longer than the picture. She cut my hair an inch shorter than the picture. I have no hair! The left side is shorter than the right, and none of it is even. I was bawling when I left. I look hideous!

I had taken my elderly 87 year old friend to get her hair cut, and "Angel" Cut her hair in about 15 minutes, and she did not have an appointment, and I thought she did until we were on our way, but she could not remember where the Salon was, so I pulled up Salons on my phone, and it was in one of the Buildings beside Bi-lo's, in Mauldin. Thank you Angel, for your fast Service. Sharon
