I have never been to another doctor's office that has such awesome employees, as this one. The staff at South-side Medical is super friendly. I am ALWAYS treated with kindness and respect. They make me feel like I am family; always asking about me and my child, along with talking to me about everyday life. Dr. Joudeh has been a wonderful doctor, along with Dr. Dillon. They always have the perfect answers to my questions and concerns. I truly love this place, and would recommend it to anyone. Everyone is very professional and the environment is always clean and in style.

I love Dr. J and his staff. They are always very friendly and courteous. It always been a pleasure coming here. He will answer any questions you have and take all the time you need with him. From the front desk to the ladies that takes you back to Dr.J are all wonderful. Five stars all the way!!

I've been going to Dr. Joudeh for 3 years now and he's helped me through my thyroid journey. However, anytime I go in there for sickness it's always the nurse taking all the information and Joudeh just coming in and giving a perscription. He also hasn't helped in the side effects that come with hypothyroidism, like my extreme weight gain. I also was on antidepressants and adderall before my treatment and he never put me back on after we took care of my thyroid. Currently looking for a new primary care.

Southside Medical Center changed my opinion of primary care practices for the better. Everything went smoothly. The staff were extremely hostipitable, and the service was very helpful and clear. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Joudeh and his staff! Everyone knows you by name and truly listens to your concerns. From cronic conditions to fun seasonal illnesses they have handled it all with care. Their competent care has truly given me back my life with a drastically improved quality.
