Probably the worst experience getting a haircut. English was a big problem and basically had to tell her how to cut my hair. Uneven all over and just a mess! Styled wrong. Had to ask for hair gel and blow dry it myself... Not happy! Never quite experienced a haircut gone bad like this...

I use the Great Clips app to check-in early, avoiding typical wait times. Energetic experienced staff provides great quality haircuts at competitive pricing. I've been coming to Great Clips for many years and prefer them to other entities in this business!

Angie did an amazing job cutting my hair. Literally the best cut ive had in awhile. Will definitely recommend to others!

they have a new person there who needs a lot of help which is fine...we've all been there and done that. but I was made to wait till my hair stylist finished the their hair cut after she had already started with me. Then she returned to me and immediately left again to help with the check out process. It took me 45 mins for my hair cut. On top of that she cut my hair too short. She offered a 3-dollar discount. I refused to pay for the visit.

Terrible rude young lady, gave her a 20 dollar tip. She didn't even say thank you. I won't go back there. !
