My first time to a Sports Clip, and it's actually a shop where you can forego frills like shampoos and steamed towels without still paying for them as in some other venues. I don't actually like businesses that use kiosks that the customer has to sign in with, but with this system, your barber stylist isn't interrupted to sign in other customers. About the haircut...Jamie, who's friendly and courteous, cut my hair and I was surprised how quickly she was able to cut my hair and do it just the way I like it. I got the service I wanted in ten minutes instead of the typical 30 minutes to which I've become accustomed. And to top it off, you get a trim up during the first 30 days at no extra cost. Can't go wrong!

They always give my 5 year old son and I great haircuts. Great location and great service.

Walked in and there was one stylist the day before school starts here in littleton. Was told 20 min wait. Then 2 more people walk in claiming they've been waiting over an hour and she had erased them from the check in register on accident. Informed will be an hour now....I ask her if we will get a discount for being inconvenienced she states she doesn't know how to do the discount on the computer. She's not even sure if she can do the coupon i have. Fully irritated. While I'm waiting at least 20 more mom's come in and are told over an hour wait and they all turn around and walk out.

I'm a really picky person when it come hair cut, and who cuts it. Their was employee name Bacca who cut my hair, wow she did a amazing job. Thank you..

We looked up hours before coming to get hair cuts and online it said they are open until 8 pm on Mondays, but when we got there at 6pm they asked if we were on a list. I told her I didn't know we had to be on a list to get a haircut. She said oh yeah you have to be on a list. Thanks she told me that they close at 7pm and if I wasn't on the list they won't have time to cut my son's hair. I told her that I have never had to be on a list before and I also told her that online it says they are open until 8pm not 7pm. After that she agreed to cut my son's hair but if we would have to wait an hour to get his hair cut which is fine we will wait, but I don't understand why the hours online are different and why when I called the location in Chatfield to see what time they close they said 8pm . It's really confusing and unprofessional
