Everyone was friendly and helpful with everything I asked. Short wait time for haircut. With the ability to check in online, wait time is reduced further. Shop is very clean.

This is right around the corner from my house, so it is where I regularly get my hair cut. I don't think I have had the same person cut my hair twice in the 2 years I've been going there, but they do save what you got last time so it has been a pretty consistently good cut. There definitely employees who seem to care more about the quality of the cut than others. I wish I would have remembered some of the names of the ones who really do seem to care. There was a young skinny guy with a unique name that I can't remember who seemed to take pride in what he was doing.

I don't think they knew how to do what I asked for. I believe they should have asked for a picture. And, I feel they knew just one way to cut hair -- a rigid formula of cutting the crown FIRST. Not right for a disconnected cut! After 2 tries to communicate, both stressful, I left without getting my hair cut.
