So far I’ve only been once but everyone was very nice, thorough in their work, and made me feel like a person not just a patient. They took time to explain and show me what they were doing and what (and why) will need to be done. I’m bringing the rest of my family here next!

Our first visit to this dentist was quick and professional.  Our return visit to get a crown was anything but.  The patient ahead of us showed up late so our visit was pushed back.  When we were finally taken back, the dentist did some work and then had the dental assistant work on putting on the crown while he went and worked on another patient.  She obviously didn't know what she was doing and the fit kept getting messed up.  Another assistant came in and finally helped her get the crown on but by then we had been there almost 3 hours.  When checking out, the receptionist wrote a note for my son's visit and wrote that his appointment time was an hour later than what they had actually scheduled us for, when asked about it, she shrugged and obviously had no clue.  Needless to say, we will not be returning to this dentist because a crown should not take almost 3 hours to complete and we felt that the level of service was lacking.

The office is clean (I thought it was newly renovated!) and the staff is pretty friendly and efficient. The receptionist wanted to charge me up front for an elective procedure but the document I had to sign said they would process it through my insurance first. When she asked for payment, I relayed what the document said. She double checked it, realized I was right, and didn't charge me, but I thought it was odd that she wouldn't know that. It is my understanding that Great Expressions just recently bought out the dentist that was in that location before, as my insurance could not find them for a good 15 minutes until they searched under the old dentists information. Not GE fault, just seemed odd considering I had already provided all of my insurance information to them, weeks prior.

I have seen various dentist throughout my life, and I have a great feeling about the office and dentists here. They talk with you as if you were just speaking to an aunt or cousin in between wait time, and they remember you!! - I had 3 cavities filled and a cleaning that was far overdue. They made sure to follow-up with me, and they cared a lot that things were great and I felt good. Great people, great dentists, great office.
