Everyone was so extremely professional and polite! My doctor (Michael Elliott) was not only super down to earth in addition his bed side manner made you feel like you were at the Ritz Carlton! Beware there were a few of their competitors who had some pretty horrible things to say about them and not only did Dr Elliot and his staff debunk those erroneous rumors; they also where very reassuring explaining each aspect of whatever procedure they were performing. To me, everyone that I encountered truly deserved five stars!!! Can wait to go back; I cannot believe I just said that about the dentist ha ha!

I see Dr. Eric Reum when I go to Great Expressions and my experience has been great! He has taken the time to answer any questions I've had and that was the first sign that he would be someone I would trust to take care of my dental needs. I recently had some work done and while I was nervous about it, he did everything to make me feel comfortable and the end result was dazzling! The staff there is also great! I've had to change my appointments a few times due to an unpredictable work schedule and they've always tried to find ways to accommodate me. They're always smiling and joking and it's clear that it's a place that cares about the staff and clients. I can't think of anything to complain about. My dentist is a keeper!

It's healthcare professionals like Jennifer, Will, and Dr. Eric that make sensitive patients like myself at ease. Their kindness, compassion, and above the line patient care made me feel so comfortable with my deep cleaning experience. If you don't like visiting dentists, this location will change your mind.

Dr Reum and staff treat my family like family— they are sensitive and caring and I no longer hate going to the dentist.

Dont have any Great. Expectations when you wall in. They cant even say Hello. I finally left.
